Dr. Rohan W. Teasdale

SpinalDynamics-5Many years ago in 1974, a young Melbourne man with a budding scientific mind and a passion for healing people, set out across the oceans to the United States of America in search of instruction on the art of healing by hands, known as Chiropractic. After scouring the lands he joined a host of like minded souls at the Palmer College of Chiropractic and began his rigorous studies.

However while following his passion and goal of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic, he was distracted by his heart, when he stumbled upon a healing angel, a young lady named Dawn who was training to be a chiropractic assistant. Needless to say they were married soon after, and upon completing their training Rohan led them both back to Australia to start up a chiropractic clinic of their very own.

Over the years this dynamic-duo grew a blossoming chiropractic business and a family, being blessed with two wonderful children and opening a number of new chiropractic clinics across Victoria. Their journey of healing eventually led them back to the place where they started their very first clinic together and so in 1992, the Spinal Dynamics clinic officially opened it’s doors in Geelong.

Rohan brings almost four decades of experience, skill and learning to his patients and is just as passionate now about helping people through chiropractic as he was when he started his journey back in 1974.

Rohan has undertaken a variety of post-graduate studies over the years. Always keeping abreast of change and looking for new ways to help his patients is very important to him. His studies have included: Sacro Occipital Technique, Craniopathy, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Counselling, Breath Therapist, Matrix Energist, Reiki, Reflexology and Kinesiology.

Dr. Kristen Logue

Kristen was first introduced into the world of chiropractic as a child when she became a patient of this very clinic! As an energetic and active youngster keen on netball and basketball it wasn’t unusual for Kristen to suffer the odd rolled ankle or be on the receiving end of a big knock. The human body is very resilient, especially at a young age, however sometimes it needs a bit of a helping hand and so it wasn’t long before Kristen (and her family) discovered the benefits of chiropractic and became regulars around the clinic.

As Kristen grew up she developed a keen interest in health and fitness, focusing her studies on health and the human body, her path eventually leading her to RMIT University. While studying there she completed her Bachelor in Science focusing on Chiropractic and continued on to a Masters in Clinical Chiropractic.

Now she is happy to have returned to Geelong, where she lives with her husband.

Kristen has an incredible passion for helping people in need and enjoys her work assisting people to regain their health and feel well again. She believes in taking the time to educate her patients to help them understand their own body, so they feel empowered and not overwhelmed on their quest to feel better.

Dr. Sarah O’Connor

Dr-SarahSarah has recently moved to Torquay from Sale where she has practiced Chiropractic for the past four years.

Her first experience with Chiropractic was as a teenager after a nasty fall From her horse, where she damaged her neck Falling against a tree. After being impressed with the care and expertise of the chiropractor she saw she decided chiropractic was the perfect way to combine her interests in health and healing people. Sarah completed her Bachelor of Health Science and Masters of Clinical Chiropractic at RMIT in Melbourne.

Since starting her training as a chiropractor Sarah has learnt how effective the human body is at self healing, (as long as there is nothing interfering with this process) and that chiropractic is the perfect way to alleviate the interference. She enjoys helping patients learn about the body and teaching them about exercise, nutrition and the need for a positive outlook. Sarah has a strong passion for caring for families and helping them regain their health through chiropractic care and advice.

Sarah has a variety of chiropractic skills with a special interest in the use of SOT to help treat the subluxations of the patients. She is looking forward to the beach change and looking after members of the local community.
